PAYMENT

Prior to your procedure, we will contact you regarding financial arrangements. As a courtesy, we will directly bill your insurance company. All co-payments, deductibles and other uncovered amounts are the responsibility of the patient.

For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard, and we will be happy to discuss our fees and any financial arrangements with you. For patients without insurance, financial arrangements can be made by contacting our business office.

Our fee does not include your surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist or any other consultant’s fees. These services will be billed separately by the providers.

If you have not met your insurance deductible for this year, our policy requires that we collect your deductible on the day of surgery.
